Відокремлений підрозділ ГО ЛРУ в Чернівецькій області

I will be visiting Tarasivtsi and Chernivtsi June 23 and 24.
I talked to Vladimir UT0FT and he told me I could operate
from Ukraine as UT/NJ9R.
I was wondering if you know any 2 meters repeaters in the 
area that I can use or maybe some ham radio operators 
I could meet. 
My stay will be short but I though it would be good
to make friends.
