The
Amateur Radio Association of Ribatejo (Associação de Radioamadores do
Ribatejo) invites the radio amateurs all over the world to participate
in the 3
rd ARR BPSK63 Contest. The objective of this contest
is to establish as many contacts as possible between radio amateurs
around the world on BPSK63 mode with a little attention to the
Portuguese stations. Everybody can work everybody for QSO and multiplier
credit. The contest starts at 12:00 UTC on 16
